When patients book schedule with us they have to deposit an initial fee.
This fee is to book the schedule and to confirm the cosmetic surgery service.
This fee is non-refudable. The reason we ask the patients to deposit this amount of money is to prevent them from canceling the cosmetic surgery service.
They may cancel the service, but they won’t get the initial fee refunded because we already book them to our schedule.
